Job Title: Customer Care Advisor  

Location: South Normanton, Derbyshire Company: Alloga, a Cencora Company Salary: £25,916.00 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday ( 08:30-16:30, 09:00-17:00, and 09:30-17:30)

Role Overview:

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.Provide accurate information regarding products and services.Resolve customer complaints with effective problem-solving techniques.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.Stay updated on company policies, products, and industry trends.

Requirements:Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.Proficient in using computer systems and software.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience RequiredNVQ Level 2 or equivalent.Previous customer service experience.Intermediate numeracy and literacy skills.Excellent customer care skills and a professional telephone manner.Proficient keyboard skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills with intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.Sound knowledge of GDP and trained in relevant SOPs within 3 months.
