We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Care Advisor to join our dynamic team.

Your typical day:

The Customer Care department suggests the primary touchpoint for our customers who want to communicate with us. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for handling all communications and assisting our customers with inquiries and issues they may face.

What you need to have is:
 

Excellent communication skillsNear Native level of Romanian, both written and verbalAdvanced knowledge of English, both written and verbalPrevious experience in customer service or a related fieldCustomer-oriented attitude Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)Proficiency in using CRM systemsBe organized, decision-making and analytical skillsTeam player with a great attitudeHigh school education
