A Customer Care Agent supports all customer types by providing timely and accurate service to ensure excellent service standards.

Highlights of your role Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor during all business interactions.Articulate well in written and verbal communication, able to compose professionally written communications with accurate spelling and punctuation.Learn the field service process to provide accurate and detailed information that will allow for a one-time service visit.Build a collaborative relationship with the team of care agents, field technicians, and other departments resulting in successful solutionsRespond to customers inquiries by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.
