What you’ll do ​& Who you are

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our Recommerce BU team at leboncoin.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support primarily using Zendesk and Salesforce.

Main responsibilities:
- Handle customer requests, questions and complaints across a variety of support channels (Zendesk, phone..).
- Resolve issues in an efficient and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products/services.
- Record customer interactions in CRM (Salesforce)
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
- Follow company procedures and policies while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Participate in the continuous improvement of customer service processes
- Be a brand and product advocate
- Use Zendesk to manage and track customer support tickets
- Update and maintain customer information in Salesforce
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Achieve and maintain performance targets in terms of quality and quantity

Qualifications required:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Zendesk and Salesforce (or the ability to quickly learn how to use them)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French, English would be a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively
- Strong customer focus and ability to remain calm under pressure

Desired skills :
- Fluency in English (a plus)
- Experience in the field of recommerce or the circular economy
- Knowledge of second-hand and refurbishment market trends
