A fast-growing and very well-respected Operator in the iGaming industry are experiencing tremendous growth across their Markets and need to expand their Customer Service Function. They are looking for multiple French Speaking Customer Care Agents to join their Malta based team to ensure their customers are having the best possible experience. 

Responsibilities include: 

Identifying and analysing customer requests, informing customers that their requests are being processed, and seeking the most appropriate solutions to propose. Guaranteeing continuous improvement in customer service. Ensuring that you are fully aware of new customer needs.


The perfect candidate will have: 

At least 2-years of Customer Relations experience. (Preferably in iGaming). Fluency in French and English. Intimate knowledge of Sports and Sports Betting.
