Customer Care Agents - Onsite
Position Overview: Support Services Group is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Agents to join our onsite team supporting a renowned healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency. This is a full-time, onsite position located in Colón, Panama. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to healthcare services and solutions. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the system. Provide information about healthcare products and services to customers as needed. Meet performance metrics, including quality scores, resolution times, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery. Adhere to company policies and healthcare-related guidelines, ensuring compliance at all times. Requirements: Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written). 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or related industries. Proficiency in computer systems. Ability to work onsite in Colón, Panama, with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
