Position Overview:
Support Services Group is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Agents to join our onsite team supporting a renowned healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
This is a full-time, onsite position located in Colón, Panama.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to healthcare services and solutions.
+ Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
+ Provide information about healthcare products and services to customers as needed.
+ Meet performance metrics, including quality scores, resolution times, and customer satisfaction.
+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
+ Adhere to company policies and healthcare-related guidelines, ensuring compliance at all times.
Requirements:
+ Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
+ 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
+ Proficiency in computer systems.
+ Ability to work onsite in Colón, Panama, with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
