Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting retail customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping people.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond to inbound calls and emails from retail customers, addressing inquiries about products, services, orders, and returns.
+ Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
+ Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
+ Leverage company systems, tools, and resources to provide accurate information and solutions.
+ Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and promote loyalty to our retail clients' brands.
+ Accurately log all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
+ Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet individual and team performance goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
+ Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, particularly in retail or e-commerce.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; ability to learn new software quickly.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address customer concerns effectively.
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
+ A positive attitude and the ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure.
+ Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
+ Familiarity with retail or e-commerce customer support processes.
