PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Customer Care Associate is responsible for responding to helpdesk requests in various forms, updating ticketing systems and scheduling appointments for ticket resolution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Respond to helpdesk requests from email, voicemail and helpdesk phone line within predetermined service level agreements.Accurately and efficiently enter all customer service information into the helpdesk systemSchedule end user appointments with TechnicianCommunicate clearly and effectively with internal customers both, verbally and written with status updates.Assist with overall customer service as needed

SUPERVISORY FUNCTIONS:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Ability to work utilizing professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Active ListeningTime ManagementKnowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook.Knowledge of standard office equipment such as copier, fax machine and phones.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 3 years of customer service experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proficient in MS Office products primarily OutlookHighly organizedExcellent communication skillsAble to work with minimal supervisionAbility to pass a background and drug screening.
