Job Summary

Bern's Steak House's customer care team strives to ensure that our patrons have a memorable evening by helping to curate every detail of their dining experience. From providing caring, compassionate and enthusiastic service over the phone to communicating guest needs to the appropriate departments, this position requires a high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a very fast-paced call center environment. 

Responsibilities and Duties

Handle high volume of calls in an expedient and professional mannerInput accurate reservations and special requests into digital reservation systemAnswer customer inquiries regarding history, policies, procedures, site navigation, operationsCommunicate messages and special request to management in a precise and clear wayHelp to resolve customer dissatisfaction and technical problemsProvide administrative, general office and clerical services as required

Qualifications and Skills

Proven ability in customer service is preferred   Must work well with others with a friendly but professional work ethicAbility to balance timeliness and accuracy under pressureAbility to listen and communicate clearly while maintaining proper confidentialityStrong problem solving skillsMust be able to work nights, weekends, holidays
