Customer Care Manager

Direct a team of employees in the office department. Manage general office and customer service activities, to include finalizing contracts and onboarding new customers.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectivenessResolve day-to-day customer service problems including data entry errors, customer complaints, and questionsMay work with Operations Manager to ensure information flow with the warehouse is efficient; to include on-time turn for trucks, accurate receipt, and shipment of goodsMay handle record management/retention for bill of ladings, proof of deliveries, invoices, and accounting creditsEnhance office productivity through proficient use of resources and tools

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organizationProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to read, analyze, and interpret company policies, procedures, and agreementsExcellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloadStrong conflict management skills, including those involving sensitive and complex mattersAbility to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
