Customer Care Manager
Aston Carter's large client is seeking a Customer Care Manager to join their team! This individual will work on the development and implementation of business and customer care plans. The Customer Care Manager will be involved in a variety of activities including the implementation/development of marketing initiatives, customer retention, product displays, financial analysis, marketing analysis, and training. Key Responsibilities + Facilitating, coaching and consulting to ensure monthly/yearly sales objectives are met. + Manage program compliance and administer policies/procedures. + Assist in implementing digital marketing and advertising campaigns. + Work to improve retail website performance and increase lead generating activities. + Analyze sales, market conditions, and competition to identify specific sales opportunities. + Conduct sales and training activities. + Knowledge of all company products, services, customer demographics or profiles. + Assist in problem resolution. + Coach on customer retention, satisfaction and loyalty. Additional Skills/Qualifications Must Haves: + 5-7 years of experience within customer care, client care or district sales + Strong computer skills in MS Excel including V-lookup and Pivot Tables + Usage of data analytics in day to day work + Strong technical experience in diagnosis Nice to Have: + Power BI experience + Wholesale or retail experience + Service/Warranty experience + Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner certifications Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.26/hr.
