The purpose of the Customer Care Manager role is to lead a highly effective Customer Care hub, providing comprehensive support for Ria and Xe’s global customer base throughout the entire process. The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for driving the hub’s performance to meet service levels and key support metrics. This role will ensure adherence to standardized global processes, while proactively identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes to foster continuous enhancement.

The ultimate goal of this role is to ensure that all Ria and Xe customers, regardless of region, receive exceptional support during their interactions with us
