As Customer Care Sales & Service Medical & Microscopy (m/f/x) you are responsible for:

Order processing & invoicing

Coordination of delivery, installation and handover

Contact person for logistic partners

Coordination with local service and other CZ colleagues

Taking care of CRM customer data

Support for preparing public tender documents

Support of organization of travel of colleagues, dealers and customers

Support of organizing trainings, sales meetings and customer events

Complaint support

Translation of documents

Support for Quality Management (QM)

You´ve come to the right place in our data team if you have:

Minimum 1 year working experience in order administration and logistics

Good business knowledge: understanding of business processes and commercial context

Good knowledge of MS Office and, ERP, ideally SAP, CRM

Fluent in English, writing and verbal, ideally also German

Communication skills (with customers, Headquarter, internally with colleagues in Slovenia and abroad)

Strong customer and service focus

Ability to orientate and organize in a complex environment, setting priorities

Resilient, structured, accurate working style (in figures and communication) and independent way of working

Cooperative, friendly and team-minded

Flexibility in a constantly changing working environment
