Order/project execution and follow up in line with company policy.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Order entry, project set-up, procurement, monitor shipments for on-time delivery, invoicing, collections and payments per Order Dash Board System for multi-business Unit. Prime contact for customers, representatives and subsidiaries for orders status and materials availability. Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with U.S. Export Control regulations, Asia Pacific customs regulations and China customs regulations. Ensure order processes, setup and transactions in Oracle are compliant with policies and audit requirements. Ensure accuracy in Oracle transactions, as to maintain accuracy of Inventory WIP records as well as accuracy of Bookings and Sales data. Ensure compliance with and fulfillment of agreed contractual terms and conditions. Maintain proactive relationship with major Vendors to ensure quality of materials meet specifications and on time delivery to customers. Handle the software order releasing process. Perform and cooperate with any ad-hoc requirement.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in business, international trade or English. 5+ years’ working experience particularly in contract administration, project coordination and shipping (import & export) Prefer to the basic Supply chain related experience.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
