Job responsibilities:

Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts in a fast paced, structured customer care environment. Talk and react personally to whatever the circumstances and assist our customers to understand potential issues and how we can assist. Listen to the real need and provide relevant solutions to get the job done right the first time with our products and services. Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable customer value. Take pride in delivering great service in a fun environment that celebrates recognition, as well as a vibrant, fast paced and diverse culture Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets Document necessary information, such as payment details, Customers change of details, change of address and travel notifications Navigate computer systems and applications to service our Customers, and enable them to get the most from our online and mobile platforms

Required Skills:

Demonstrate personal excellence by remaining positive in difficult situations. Display a passion to serve by delivering outstanding service in every interaction with our customers. The ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as well as multitask, using multiple systems and digital tools to service our customers. Qualifications:

At least Senior High School Graduate for new curriculum; at least college level for old curriculum At least 1 year BPO experience with CSAT/NPS as a metric. Should have at least 1 year inbound experience in most recent role. Strong Customer Service experience highly preferred Banking and Financial experience is required. Employed candidates are preferred. Open to considering unemployed candidates, provided the period of unemployment does not exceed 6 months from the target start date.
