Manages large volume cash (Cash handling experience preferred) Assist with taking calls for the Call Center Offer products and services Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete customer information Manage customer complaints Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Customer focused and excellent interpersonal skills Team player with ability to effectively interact with others to achieve success Positive attitude Good communication skills
