_Title: Customer Care Representative_
_Location: Belgrade, Serbia - hybrid_
_Grade: 8_
_Key Areas of Responsibility:_
_Work directly with customer engineers, answering calls, solving problems, and operating with known solutions_
_Gather problem information from Customer / CE and determine the problem issue_
_Receive and document part/incident requests_
_Utilize experience, support systems, and tools to facilitate a solution_
_Escalate the problem to involve other analysts (e.g., Technical Support Specialist), if necessary_
_Provide remote lock status monitoring / Duress support_
_Work with other NCR personnel /teams (e.g., Implementation Coordinators, Account Team Support, etc. for coordination of third-party personnel support._
_Remotely deliver a solution to solve a customer problem_
_communicate with customers through various means (oral, written, electronic) to deliver a solution_
_verify the resolution of the problem with the customer_
_Contribute as a team member_
_Participate in team meetings and activities_
_Participate in objective setting, performance management, reward and recognition programs_
_Participate in special projects to continuously improve processes, tools, systems and organization_

_Education and Experience Requirements:_
_PC literacy_
_Keyboard proficiency_
_Understanding of Windows-based applications/tools_
_Two-year technical degree preferred_
_Ability to work in the EST time zone_
