Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts, coordinate with warehouse operations, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately invoice and verify accounts in a timely mannerVerify inbound receipts for accuracy and handle discrepanciesBuild and maintain strong, professional customer relationshipsGenerate customer reports (weekly, monthly late/bill reports) upon requestCoordinate product availability and daily schedules with the warehouse teamWork with Operations on special client requests, expediting when necessaryBe the first point of contact to resolve customer issues quickly and efficientlyMaintain and file documentation in an organized and comprehensive mannerAdditional Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Check in/out drivers in the front officeWork with scheduling system (C3) to ensure smooth operationsSchedule customer appointments via SalesForce (email)Communicate with the warehouse team for door assignments and other informationCreate inbound loads in the Warehouse Management System (Accellos)Generate and close BOLs (Bills of Lading) when drivers check outEnsure inbound load accuracy, send details to customers, and file in the WMSWhy You'll Love Working Here:
