Customer Care Representative

Hours 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday 

Pay starting @ $18/hour, based on experience 

Perform customer service duties such as processing customer orders, tracking product availability, and handling any issues on customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts, coordinate with warehouse operations, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately invoice and verify accounts in a timely mannerVerify inbound receipts for accuracy and handle discrepanciesBuild and maintain strong, professional customer relationshipsGenerate customer reports (weekly, monthly late/bill reports) upon requestCoordinate product availability and daily schedules with the warehouse teamWork with Operations on special client requests, expediting when necessaryBe the first point of contact to resolve customer issues quickly and efficientlyMaintain and file documentation in an organized and comprehensive manner

Additional Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Check in/out drivers in the front officeWork with scheduling system (C3) to ensure smooth operationsSchedule customer appointments via SalesForce (email)Communicate with the warehouse team for door assignments and other informationCreate inbound loads in the Warehouse Management System (Accellos)Generate and close BOLs (Bills of Lading) when drivers check outEnsure inbound load accuracy, send details to customers, and file in the WMS

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or GED (may be required depending on facility)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloadsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and willing to learn new programsMust be able to lift at least 20 lbs.; more weight may be required depending on the facility
