Customer Care Representative

What You'll Do:

Deliver Exceptional Service: Process customer orders, monitor product availability, and promptly resolve inquiries.Ensure Accuracy: Invoice accounts and verify inbound receipts with precision.Build Relationships: Develop professional connections with customers and coordinate product availability with warehouse teams.Drive Solutions: Partner with operations to manage special requests and tackle inventory discrepancies.

Additional Highlights:

Generate custom reports to meet client needs.Organize and maintain documentation to keep everything running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

A high school diploma or GED (may vary by facility).Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Comfort with light lifting (20 lbs./9 kg or more, depending on the facility).
