Customer Care Representative
Onsite role in Bloomington, but will be moving to Shakopee location. Description Field inbound calls and emails from customers Proactively reach out to customers to discuss and resolve sales and service issues Answer inbound customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery updates, product warranty status', product options and specifications Document customer complaints and provide resolutions and any service action needed Document all customer interactions in internal systems Inquire and resolve customer issues regarding shipping mistakes, financial billing issues and order history Collaborate with internal sales team to assist customers with any escalated inquiries Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma/GED 1+ years of recent professional working experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
