PROJECT ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Process orders, and process returns.
-Help customers with complaints and questions.
-Give customers information about their orders.
-Deliver high customer service to perform support within a supply chain for a technology service provider.

This position requires your presence in the office of 100% of the workdays every week.
