Customer Care Representative
**Overview** Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? As a Customer Care Representative at Stryten, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, playing a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-tier service. The customer care representative is a significant customer facing role within Stryten. Our customer care representatives provide world class customer engagements through daily communication pertaining to orders and fulfillment with customers. Customer care representatives work as strategic partners with other departments within the organization to assist in orders and fulfillment. **Responsibilities** + Research, reconcile and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. + Process sales orders from customer purchase orders in JDE and IQMS. + Work daily in various systems including JDE, SFDC, 8x8, IQMS + Develop and maintain accurate documentation of departmental processes. + Perform customer support function in the following areas of expertise. + Strong communication skills + Multi-Tasking + Time Management + Prioritizing Task to satisfy departmental goals. + Area of Expertise May Include: + International Order Processing (documentation), National Accounts Support, and Recycling. + Additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and company goals. **Qualifications** Education, Experience, Certifications + High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Competencies, Skills, Knowledge + Ability to self -manage. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Excellent Interpersonal skills to work well with co-workers and other departments. + Ability to deal with difficult situations and maintain a positive attitude. + Must be detail oriented. + Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office. Working knowledge of SFDC, IQMS, 8X8 and/or JDE considered additional benefit. + Phone Support, Order Entry, Order inquiry, Order changes, Bill To / Ship To Set Up, Inventory Look Up, BOM Look Up, Customer Ledger Inquiry, and Returns. Environment & Physical Demands + This position is located in the Alpharetta office and hours of operation are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. + The position involves working at a desk with a computer and phone for extended periods. + Use of standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, and printers.
