The customer care representative is a significant customer facing role within Stryten. Our customer care representatives provide world class customer engagements through daily communication pertaining to orders and fulfillment with customers. Customer care representatives work as strategic partners with other departments within the organization to assist in orders and fulfillment.
Responsibilities Efficiently manage and resolve all customer inquiries and issues.Collaborate with Senior Management, Branch Operations, Manufacturing and Accounting to address and resolve issues.Prepare and provide consolidated billing and supporting documentation to customers.Provide professional written correspondence to customers.Maintain warranty files and promptly process warranty part orders.Develop a thorough understanding of various sales and marketing programs within the business.Accurately enter purchase orders.Utilize tools such as Salesforce.com, ServiceMax, and JDE in daily processes.Additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and company goals. Qualifications Education, Experience, Certifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.Competencies, Skills, Knowledge:Ability to self -manage.Proficiency in all of the basic customer support skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent Interpersonal skills to work well with co-workers and other departments.Ability to deal with difficult situations and maintain a positive attitude.Must be detail oriented.Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office, SFDC, 8X8 & JDE.Bilingual a plus Environment, Physical Demands:This position is located in the Alpharetta office and hours of operation are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.The position involves working at a desk with a computer and phone for extended periods.Use of standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, and printers.
