Customer Care Specialist
You will be joining our Customer Care Team to contribute your expertise and skills in delivering Customer Excellence. Your Role We are currently hiring a Customer Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team. The individual will be responsible for driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention in collaboration with the Key Account Manager, Operational Care Center (OCC), Revenue Care Center (RCC), and Finance. This role is crucial as it requires proper communication of customer information to internal teams to ensure smooth service execution. In addition to creating a positive customer experience, internal engagement is important to address and document service deviations. Your Responsibilities

- Establish and strengthen\r\n operational relations with customer contacts through daily interactions,\r\n regular care visits, and proactive advice, consultation, and\r\n problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Qualify customer\r\n inquiries and provide quotations within the expected service level.

-\r\n Support customer onboarding aligned with business unit working\r\n instructions and ensure that the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is\r\n agreed upon.

- Collaborate with Finance\r\n and Revenue Care Center (RCC) to ensure that credit limits remain aligned\r\n based on daily business development and support coordinated measures in\r\n case of challenges.
