The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring our new customers transition seamlessly into the Western Paper family. They are charged with setting up new customer accounts in P21 and maintaining/updating customer information as needed. They also manage our online ordering system, Web OE, and serve as our point of contact with Network Services.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8am until 5pm.
Salary: $19.02 - $19.52/HR. based on experience

ResponsibilitiesYou will:
Communicate with either the sales team or the customers via phone and/or email to verify account informationSetup and maintain customer account information in P21Ensure Western Paper covers all angles, answers all questions, and addresses all issues with the customer before their launch dateCoordinate with other departments within the office (credit/collections, pricing, warehouse, etc.) to ensure new customer setup is complete in a timely mannerCollaborate with other departments on significant customer projectsMake changes to customer information as requested by customers, sales reps, or internal teamsEnsure consistency across customer programs – local and NetworkRun routine audits to look for errors in information. Make updates and corrections as neededBe the resident experts on Web OE and NetworkAssist customers if they are having issues with our online ordering system, Web OEConduct sales rep Web OE training upon requestDirect traffic of Network communications to internal teamsOther duties as assigned QualificationsYou have:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent2 years of customer service experienceProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with using other software2 years of data entry experienceExcellent communication skills An outgoing personality, eager attitude to help others
