Syntegon Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. located in Bangkok is the regional Service-HUB, approximately 50 colleagues (Sales, Technical Support and Field Service) are devoted to supporting our customers in SEA, South Korea, Pakistan and Australia / New Zealand.

We are expanding our Engineering team in Asia Pacific. The growing business and additional  responsibilities require an extended team of motivated and experienced internal sales colleagues. In this role, you will interact daily with colleagues from various countries.

Job DescriptionProcess customer inquiries, quotes, and orders from the entry to the dispatch of the delivery in SAPCoverage of all spare part processes with customers including returns, repairs, credit, and debit notesSupport the parts identification with technical teamsWork with the purchasing team to determine delivery timeHandling customer complaints to ensure that concerns are resolved to the customer's satisfactionMonitor the status and control schedule internally and externally to meet timelineAssist in maintaining correct master dataDocument and leverage important customer information across departmentsFollow up open quotes and inquiriesFollow up customer’s paymentOther assignments related to spare parts department

QualificationsMinimum of 5-year experience in spare parts sales in a regional roleGood experience with ERP systems (SAP is preferred) and MS OfficeVery good English, both spoken and writtenDetail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skillsStrong customers orientationStrong communication skills and able to handle multiple tasks using organizational skillsProven ability to work independently on your own initiatives as well as in a team environmentGood team player with ability to support colleaguesKnowledge of other languages is an advantage
