Customer Care Specialist
Temporary position

A market leader in logistics and fuel delivery is looking for a temporary Customer Care Specialist. With a 90-year history of exemplary customer service, this company’s mission is to build a safe and balanced environment for its employees while providing innovative and high-quality products to its customers.

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual with strong communication and organizational skills. This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with various administrative and operational tasks.  

Pay: $19 to $20 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday – three-month assignment

Essential Functions and Duties:  Assist in inventory management of products with month-end count, ordering, shipping, and receiving to other plants and non-local customers and organize deliveries Answer and operate phone systems, communicating with customers in a professional manner Greet and assist walk-in customers or suppliers in a professional manner Perform data entry of delivery tickets, work orders and other account information Perform various clerical functions, including copying, printing, filing, and managing the sending, receiving, and distributing of documents Accept and process payments
Qualifications: Recent receptionist and/or customer service experience Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft products, and the ability to learn new programs Ability to lift 30
