As Customer Care Specialist you will be responsible for active processing of orders from customers followed by invoicing activities. You will be part of the administrative support team of purchasing, customer care and supply chain department reporting to the Supply Chain Network Enabler CZ&SK at Pharma Division of Roche Slovakia. 

This is an “entry-level” position suitable for junior candidates or fresh graduates.

Support in creating of Credit Notes to customers

Creation of sales orders and invoicing in SAP system  from customers

Communication and solving of operational issues/requests from customers

Cooperation with the quality department in complaint management

Who You Are

University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or relevant field preferred

Good command of English language written and spoken, local language on a native level

Good track record for working in a customer-focused role within sales, application support, customer service or training

Self-driven, „roll-up sleeves“ attitude towards new challenges

Ability to develop long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients

Proven experience to handle conflicting priorities and drive actions

Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently

Salary starts from 1400 EUR gross/month. Final salary depends on the level of experience, skills and qualifications.
