Wellspect Srl is looking for a Customer Care Specialist for its office in Casalecchio di Reno (BO) on a permanent contract. Responsibilities: Managing customer order processes, handling complaints and disputes, issuing rectification notes when necessary, monitoring, and resolving electronic invoice rejection issues. Reporting to customers on orders, proof of delivery, and invoicing. Providing post-sales support: effectively interacting with customers, handling requests, and promptly resolving issues to ensure a Superior Customer Experience. Supporting logistics operations: remotely managing warehouse stock entries and withdrawals, coordinating with production to schedule incoming goods, monitoring missing products, and performing physical inventory activities. Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in similar roles; experience in the biomedical or high-tech sector within structured companies is a plus. Strong knowledge of the entire order management process, including returns, invoicing, and logistics procedures. Customer-oriented mindset: skilled and proactive in managing relationships with customers (Public Administrations, Pharmacies, Orthopedic Suppliers, Wholesalers, and End Users for home deliveries). Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows Suite, especially advanced Excel. Fluent spoken and written English and good spoken and written Spanish.
