Reporting to the **Customer Care Manager** the **Customer Care Specialist** is responsible for delivering exceptional support by applying standard work, best practices, and leveraging internal tools and systems, this role ensures the timely and accurate completion of quotes, order entry processing, and responses to customer service inquiries. Collaborating closely with Aftermarket Regional Sales Managers and the Technical Service team, the Customer Care Specialist plays a critical role in driving the success of our proactive, customer-focused Service business.
This position is part of the North America **Customer Support Team** located in **London** and will be **hybrid** **.**

**In this role, a typical day will look like:**
+ Provides administrative and organizational support to the sales team, including bid generation and maintaining the sales funnel to ensure accurate forecasting.
+ Manages quotes, process orders, and addresses customer service inquiries using internal systems and tools.
+ Facilitates communication between departments, sponsors team meetings, and coordinates with vendors and customers for third-party inspections.
+ Tracks sales KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring accurate forecast and calculating sales incentives.
+ Collaborates with Aftermarket Regional Sales Managers and the Technical Service team to support the success of a customer-focused service strategy.
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
+ Minimum of 3+ years of experience in customer service, contracts, or a related field.
+ Proficiency with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, SAP) is mandatory.
+ Experience with order entry, purchase orders, and supply chain processes.
+ Experience with data entry, managing customer information, and maintaining accurate records.
+ Strong analytical skills to assess customer data and provide accurate forecasts.
