JOB TITLE: Customer Care Specialist MODALITY: On site SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM M-F SALARY: DOP$44,000.00 GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB: The customer care representative is responsible for handling the Sales/Consumer case status for claims, returns, repairs, and order modifications as well as processing these into our CRM systems. Specialists must have extensive product and process/procedure knowledge. Requests are received by telephone, fax, and email. Specialists must have extensive product knowledge of jackets, outerwear, and chenille. They are the front-line communication to the consumer/sales to provide help and assist in all the activities related to the department. RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Item Responsibility/Function %Time 1 Communicating with customers/sales reps to fulfill questions/returned orders 30% 2 Handle Calls to provide order status, information on products and processes, place orders 40% 3 Communication with factory/Art Dept./Order changes 15% 4 Processing Sales/Consumer claims, returns, repairs, and order modifications into our CRM systems 15% JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS: Note that (i) computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer), (ii) good verbal and written communication skills, (iii) good interpersonal skills, and (iv) the ability to work well both individually and in a team environment are default requirements for all Jostens exempt and salaried nonexempt employees.
