Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Smart Buildings Division in Porvoo, Finland. In this role you will get to take on a variety of tasks, as your working time will be divided between travel management responsibilities, supporting in marketing activities as well as organizing factory visits at our production site in Porvoo. You will be mainly accountable for•Organizing customer visits to our site in Porvoo•Handling Travel Management related activities will be a substantial part of your role•Supporting in Marketing, i.e. creating marketing materials•Handling customer service orders

Qualifications for the role

A B.Sc. level degree in a suitable field, for example in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing degrees are also considered as an advantage in the roleExperience and understanding of Travel Management, Marketing and Sales are advantages in the roleEffective communication skills with specifically good ability to communicate well with various stakeholders and customersA team player attitude with high level of ownership in completing tasks and asking for help if neededProficient IT program skills from MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), SAP, SAP ConcurFluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken, Finnish skills are essential due to the nature and locality of the job and our local stakeholdersSwedish skills are an advantage in this role
