In this role, you will prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Work on the basis of a predefined sales plan.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.Managing order processing with planners and delivery dates.Requesting local billing.Handing standardized products with pre-defined options.Contributing to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set;Handling targeted clients;Discussing sales approach with manager;Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma).Be experienced with Microsoft OfficeBe fluent in Spanish and EnglishHave local taxes knowledge (desired)Have experience in Power BI (desired)Demonstrate SAP Knowledge (desired)Have oral and written communication skills.Have interpersonal and leadership skillsBe able to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills.Work in a way that works for you
