In this role, you will prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Work on the basis of a predefined sales plan.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.Managing order processing with planners and delivery dates.Requesting local billing.Handing standardized products with pre-defined options.Contributing to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set;Handling targeted clients;Discussing sales approach with manager;

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma).Be experienced with Microsoft OfficeBe fluent in Spanish and EnglishHave local taxes knowledge (desired)Have experience in Power BI (desired)Demonstrate SAP Knowledge (desired)​Have oral and written communication skills.Have interpersonal and leadership skillsBe able to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills.
