Customer Cares Representative

The Customer Cares Representative is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by timely resolving concerns between customers and the dealerships.

The Customer Relations Representative reports to the Corporate Counsel.

Location: Medford, OR (On-site)

Compensation Range: $21/hr - $26/hr

Core Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between the customer and dealershipFollow up with customers within 48 hours to ensure communication and a pathway to resolutionTrend and track customer concerns in our Salesforce programDevelop continuous improvement plans for the dealerships by documenting observations and tracking concerns

Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailSense of urgencyExcellent communication skillsActive ListeningCritical ThinkingTime Management1 or more years of experience in a professional or retail setting
