Processing of returns management; Creation of initial statements, interim reports as well as final reports in the form of an 8D report / customer complaint report; Application of various Quality methods e.g. 8D method, 5Why, Ishikawa etc.; Use / application of various customer systems / portals for processing the complaint processes; Execution of various bookings while processing complaints; Creation of various evaluations; Daily international communication with the respective production plants for the purpose of information coordination.
