Analysis of customer data:
Initial review and analysis of customer behavior based on the amount of referrals, purchase amount, and other related criteria
Identification of customer behavior patterns to target loyalty strategies
Definition of targeted promotions:
Designing and implementing campaigns based on customer categories (loyal customers, less active customers, etc.)
Monitoring campaign performance and analyzing results for optimization
Planning programs Loyalty:
Defining and implementing appropriate loyalty programs to increase customer satisfaction and interaction
Designing scoring and rewarding systems to motivate customers
Developing cooperation with reputable brands:
