**Name of the role:** Customer Collaboration Analyst, CCA
**Location:** Panama City, Panama
**Type of Contract:** Permanent
**Purpose:**
Provides executional support to the Supply Chain optimization projects in CCA, where Supply becomes an integral part of the business development with our distributors addressed through continuous learning, strong training programs, continuously improved processes, documented SLA’s, and precise data management for the constant change needs in the Customer Service process.
Supports the Customer Collaboration Agenda in CCA with the ultimate goal of driving top and bottom-line growth jointly with our customers, and also keeps leading the Customer improvement agenda. He/she will do so by:
+ Understanding and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain, Diageo, and our customers.
+ Look for efficiencies and simplifications in all the processes, controls, and standards related to the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process in Customer Service, Logistics, and Planning.
+ Benchmarking other markets and industries to bring best practices.Accountable to implement on time and in budget the strategic projects around:
+ Operational Logistics Cost and OTC
+ Working Capital improvements
+ Service Improvements
+ Sales Forecast Accuracy improvements
+ Quality Assurance
+ Manage own T&E operating budget and is expected to adhere to all related policies
**Market Context:**
CCA is a very dynamic market with many opportunities. Our geographical footprint covers 37 countries, where different languages are spoken, and we have a population of 80m, 52m of whom are LDA+. Our model is a distributor-based RTC with 57 partners. We also operate with six distributor Free Trade Zones and two operators on the border between Mexico and the US. We also manage several co-packing partnerships throughout the region, and Panama is home to our innovation technology center and principal warehousing operations.
The Scotch category accounts for 70% of Total NSV, predominantly playing in the Premium and Super Premium segments; Diageo's share of the market in Scotch varies from 45% to 75% across the region – making us the number one player.
**Key Outputs/Deliverables:**
Supports the customer collaboration journey aligned to the CCA 2030 Strategy.
Supports the annual customer collaboration program on a project base. The Customer Collaboration program will have a joint-ambition with the customers and will be organized across 6 main workstreams

**Qualifications and Experience Required**
Bachelor degree in Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
English and Spanish required.
2+ years of experience in significant supply chain roles (i.e. logistics, customer service and project management) in Diageo or in leading global CPG companies
Experience working with Commercial Teams and developing supply chain initiatives with a customer and/or cost-improvement focus
Experience working on projects to reduce costs, improve customer service in the supply chain arena.
Strong analytical and logical approach to problem solving that generates cost-effective and commercially viable solutions.
Masters excel, power point and other MS Office tools (MS Project)
Good level in RCPS, LEAN and project management, good change management.
Demonstrated experience working in SAP environments and used to different supply chain management technologies: WMS, EDI, Demand Planning Tools, ARIS, etc
Good communicator and fast and trusted relationship builder.
