Customer Communications Manager
Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Communications Manager, who will be working remotely from any location in the United States, preferably within the Eastern Standard Time zone. The role involves managing customer marketing communications in a business setting. Responsibilities: • Managing the customer marketing calendar to ensure timely and effective communication. • Creating engaging content for various channels, including knowledge articles, newsletters, and operational emails. • Collaborating with the brand team for additional resources, such as banners. • Setting up and managing webinars using the ON24 platform. • Serving as the Subject Matter Expert on Pardot, optimizing its functionalities to maximize communication reach and effectiveness. • Recruiting customer advocates who can champion the story and assist in customer outreach. • Coordinating the setup of ABM campaign Pardot and Exchange email. • Ensuring appropriate social media posts are communicated effectively. • Posting events and updates in the Community and Vertex Engagement Hub. • Assisting with new customer onboarding webinar setup. • Exhibiting strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders. Requirements • Exceptional communication skills for effective customer engagement and internal team collaboration • Comprehensive understanding and proficiency in marketing strategies and tactics • Proven experience in project management, demonstrating a capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Familiarity with the 'About Time' project management tool or similar scheduling software • Experience in onboarding new customers or team members, ensuring a smooth transition • Competency in calendar management for scheduling meetings, deadlines, and important dates • Demonstrated efforts in promoting brand awareness and turning it into concrete results • Proven ability in optimization of resources, processes, or strategies for maximum productivity • Experience in managing detail-oriented relationships with partners, showing diplomacy and negotiation skills • Proficiency in creating engaging newsletters for customer information or product promotion • Skill in generating and posting social media content that aligns with the company's brand and objectives • Experience in onsite management, ensuring smooth operations and effective problem-solving • Ability to design banner ads that are visually appealing and align with the company's brand image • Expertise in a specific subject matter related to the job role or industry • Experience in segmentation for targeted marketing or communication efforts • Proven experience in event management, including planning, organization, and execution • Ability to conduct webinars, demonstrating clear communication and presentation skills • Experience in conducting phone screens for customer service or recruitment purposes • Ability to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience • Knowledge of Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms • Proficiency in using the ON24 platform or similar webinar software • Strong organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to manage priorities and maintain productivity.
