To aid in this exciting initiative, we’re now looking for an experienced Customer Communications Manager who can help support and deliver our customer communications strategy to help us move our existing customers onto our new software platform.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the customer journey through seamless platform upgrades, collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to develop and deliver effective communication strategies, and ensure a smooth transition for our valued customers.
