Job Description Receive, record, and respond to consumer complaints regarding product quality. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on investigation outcomes. Prepare detailed reports on complaint investigations and resolution. Manage the control, distribution, and archiving of quality documents, including SOPs, work instructions, and forms. Ensure documents are up-to-date, accurate, and comply with regulatory requirements. Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and revisions with relevant departments. Maintain document control systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance during audits. Monitor trends and recurring issues in consumer complaints to identify areas for improvement. Generate regular reports on complaint metrics and document control status for management review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements based on data analysis. Ensure all quality and document control activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards. Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support. Maintain records of audits and follow up on corrective actions to ensure closure. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality management system. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving complaint handling and document control processes. Location(s)
