In addition, the division is responsible for the “Bosch Car Service” car workshop concept, one of the world’s largest independent chains with more than 15,000 professional car workshops.

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Consultant, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our customer relationships and ensuring seamless processes. This position involves overseeing customer master data setup, managing order processes, and providing logistical consultancy to our clients. You'll be the primary point of contact for order management and will work closely with both customers and sales teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Ensure accurate customer master setup, including IT integration. Handle orders, manage complaints, and follow up on customer requests related to order processes. Consult on electronic ordering and logistical improvements and proactively address customer concerns. Manage financial processes: Including invoice setup and creation of credit/debit notes Support the management of contracts and related documentation. Work closely with sales representatives to align on customer needs and stock demands and facilitate face-to-face interactions. Utilize IT systems (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Excel) for KPI tracking and order management. 

Qualifications

Competence Profile: 

B2B order processing Knowledge: proficient understanding of order-to-cash systems and processes. Logistical understanding is an advantage, but not necessary. Digital Skills: familiarity with relevant IT tools and systems. Analytical Skills: basic analytical abilities to interpret data and trends. Communication Skills: strong interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction and negotiation. Problem-Solving Abilities: ability for identifying and resolving issues efficiently and work independently.  Language Skills: fluent Latvian and good English skills; additional Baltic language is an advantage.
