For our successful client in Sofia, one of the most positive and globally recognized manufacturers of confectionery, and food products, we are looking to hire a Customer Consultant with German and English.

Your main tasks as a customer consultant will include:

Show empathy and focus to customers while resolving issues in a timely manner;Come to independent decisions considering compliance with the processes and regulations;Attend to all aspects of customer care in a courteous and professional manner;Multitask in fast paced environment ;Ability to thrive within and adapt to organizational changes;Chase and follow-up – bring things to resolution;
