Overview:
The LexisNexis Risk Solutions – Claims Record Unit provides streamline processes in retrieving accident and incident reports from various Law Enforcement Agencies in support of LN Police Records product customers. Our commitment is to provide Insurance customers an easier, faster, accurate and cost-effective way of getting needed accident/incident reports used to validate consumer claims.
Responsibilities:
A CRU Customer Contact Ctr – Fulfillment Analyst I ensures fulfillment of all police records orders from different customer platforms, researches various Law Enforcement Agencies’ websites for accident and/or incident reports, and performs data acquisition and validation following strict business rules.
Performs routine and recurring assignments such as compiling, and reviewing records
Demonstrates attention to detail and a heightened sense of urgency in obtaining these records
Public acquisition of records from one or more sources
Maintain, update and terminate orders through Order Maintenance
Maintain and update both internal and client databases
Process and/or procure police reports online as part of order fulfillment
Verify order information using internet tools such as maps and other lookup tools
Perform outbound calls to Police Agencies to update order status, data validation and gathering
Qualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree of any field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and workflow management skills
Research background with high attention to details
Experience in performing outbound calls with excellent probing techniques preferred but not required
Excellent multitasking skills
Proficient in keyboard and MS Tools, specifically Excel, Word etc.
Willing to work on shifting schedules including weekends
Energetic, enthusiastic, motivated and driven individuals
