We are seeking for a Customer Contact Operator to join our Global Business Services team.
You will:Act as a primary point of contact between the company and the marketSupport the business in providing best-in-class interfaces for the customersOperate customer contact center solutions, combining traditional and innovative touchpoints (telephone, chat, web, soft phone)Provide first hand resolutions to inquiries and forward specific questions to the appropriate Siemens business department or support functionIdentify potential business opportunitiesParticipate in innovation projects and global communities
Basic qualifications:At least one year of experience working in customer support servicesAdvance/fluent level of english
