Job Summary 

The Customer Data Analytics Manager will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making within the Demand Generation organization. This position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders from various business units and departments within the Demand Generation organization, to identify data needs and develop data-driven solutions. The manager will lead the development and execution of the overall data analytics strategy, focusing on reducing the time to identify problems and enabling teams to take swift, informed actions. 

 

Key responsibilities include mapping customer journeys and touchpoints to provide insights into customer behaviour and preferences, translating stakeholder requirements into impactful data visualizations, and developing dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).. 

 

The Customer Data Analytics Manager will be able to translate Demand Generation and business needs from  non-technical stakeholders to analytics developer, with the goal to provide clear dashboards to the end users in a clear and actionable manner, fostering a data-informed decision-making process. 

 

 

Responsibilities 

Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Partner with various departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions that address these challenges. 

Data Analytics Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the overall data analytics strategy, focusing on reducing the time to identify problems and enabling teams to take swift, informed actions. 

Customer Journey Mapping: Utilize advanced problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of customer journeys and touchpoints to map these in data analytics, providing insights into customer behavior and preferences. 

Data Visualization and Insights: Translate stakeholder requirements into clear, impactful data visualizations and intuitive segmentation/pareto analyses to generate valuable customer behavioral insights. 

Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of data analytics initiatives. 

Data Governance: Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data governance practices and collaborating with IT and data management teams. 

Training and Development: Mentor and train team members on data analytics best practices, tools, and techniques to build a data-driven culture within the organization. Develop standard work to facilitate problem solving and analytics decision to the different stakeholders.  

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner, fostering a data-informed decision-making process 

Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of 2 analytic developers 

Nice to have: Advanced Analytics: Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover hidden patterns and trends in customer data, driving strategic decision-making. 

 

Basic Qualifications 

Strong communication skills, fluent written & spoken English required, ability to work in a global environment. 

Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously 

Able to efficiently manage stakeholders with competing priorities 

Up to date with current and emerging data trends 

A valid work permit is required for applicants who are not EU Citizens 

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements 

Fully site based, flexible working, hybrid, 10% travel across Europe. 

 

Key Competencies 

Absolute KEY skills needed for role 

5+ years team management experience - strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, strategies, and results to stakeholders at all levels 

Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is required.
