Job Description: 

The Customer Data Insights & Presentation Specialist at Gordian will be responsible for developing dynamic PowerPoint presentations and optimizing the use of customer data from Program Insight Reports (PIR), which reside in Power BI, to drive upsells, cross-sells, and overall revenue growth. This role will collaborate with the Customer Engagement team to continuously enhance PIRs and develop new, innovative ways to help customers understand and act on their data, empowering them to make informed decisions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Design and develop engaging PowerPoint presentations for customer-facing meetings, incorporating data insights from Program Insight Reports (PIR) in Power BI.  Analyze customer data within Power BI to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and potential for upselling and cross-selling.  Collaborate with the Customer Engagement team to improve the structure and usability of PIRs, ensuring they provide clear, actionable insights that align with customer needs.  Create innovative and visually engaging data visualizations, both within Power BI and in PowerPoint, that enhance customer understanding and drive decision-making.  Work with the Customer Engagement and Sales teams to develop new strategies for presenting customer data, supporting growth, and enabling customers to make data-driven decisions.  Propose and implement improvements to PIRs in Power BI, adding features or functionality that empower customers to better leverage their data for business growth.  Regularly review customer performance data through PIRs in Power BI, ensuring insights are timely, accurate, and relevant to customer objectives.  Present findings and growth strategies to both internal and external stakeholders, supporting customer success and revenue expansion initiatives.  Stay updated on best practices in data visualization, reporting, and presentation tools to keep Gordian's customer data reporting at the forefront of innovation. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:  

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualization tools, including Power BI.  Advanced data analysis skills, particularly within Power BI and Excel.  Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with experience turning complex data into actionable insights.  Proven ability to collaborate across teams, particularly with Customer Engagement and Sales, to enhance customer-facing reports and presentations.  Experience in improving existing data reports and ensuring that data is easily digestible and actionable for customers.  Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for identifying new ways to present data and support customer decision-making.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is $54,100 - $100,500
