Job Description/ Responsibilities; • Technical and functional expertise in Implementation of Oracle Customer Data Management Cloud • Should have minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle Customer Hub / Customer Data Hub implementations• Strong experience in Oracle Enterprise Data Quality suite and various data quality processes• Should be able to outline/describe cross-functional solution architecture; monitor and govern the implementation along with the Client Program Manager• Should be able to co-ordinate with product business teams and solution leads• Strong business process knowledge and ability to identify client improvement opportunities• Lead discussions on overall solution & suggest alternative solutions• Articulate, strong written and oral presentation skills; ability to influence. • Able to prioritize work to achieve deadlines, be adaptable and proactive with a positive attitude to resolving problems • Liaise with Business and IT teams to finalize the requirements and POC scope as necessary• Will liaise with Business and IT teams to finalize the requirements. • Will be responsible for fit gap analysis, data model, process flows etc. for functional design in OCH• Lead offshore team and coordinate various tasks for fit gap analysis and functional design (if applicable)• Works with Architect team to prepare Customer MDM cloud road map• Works with Architect team in finalizing Customer Data Model• Works with architects in defining To-Be process for Customer MDM• Supports team in developing and delivering RICE components• Willingness to travel on short term assignments to client locations• Ability to build and manage senior level client relationships.• Contributes for project planning and proposal development.
