Department OverviewThe Worldwide Sales Operations team at Motorola Solutions is dedicated to maximizing the effectiveness of our global sales force. What you'll do:
In this role, you'll work with two groups within Sales Enablement & Effectiveness. First is Customer Data Management where you will play a crucial part in ensuring our data is accurate, complete, and reliable. You will be collaborating with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT to drive data quality, implement tools and processes, and champion data governance best practices. Second, you'll partner with our North American Proposal team to drive activities that enable compelling and repeatable proposals, gaining valuable experience in both our Salesforce CRM, Content Library, data management and proposal development.

Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date during or after December 2025
